MY PHILOSOPHY
CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER
My practice is built on the belief that while life presents inevitable challenges, every individual possesses the innate capacity for healing and transformation. I operate from a person-centered perspective, meaning I view you as the expert on your own life. My role is to provide a collaborative, non-judgmental space where we can explore the "here and now" together.
We will focus on identifying different factors contributing to emotional distress, developing practical and efficient coping mechanisms, and building a foundation for sustainable mental health. By fostering a deep, trusting therapeutic alliance, we work toward both immediate relief and personal self-growth.
Mental health is the capacity to love, enjoy, and work
